She is a 20-year veteran of the financial services industry\, specializing in the areas of retirement plan consulting & investment advisory services for retirement plans\, with a focus in supporting the needs of non-profit\, higher education\, and K-12 organizations. In 2024\, Amanda was awarded the Top Women of Excellence by the National Association of Plan Advisors.Amanda started her career at a national brokerage firm\, and then began her focus exclusively in retirement plans when she joined CAPTRUST in 2007. During Amanda's time at CAPTRUST\, she led the vendor due diligence team\, acquiring extensive knowledge on recordkeepers services and capabilities\, and negotiated plan fees through fee benchmarking and RFP's on behalf of Plan Sponsors.
